Grilled Salmon with Prosciutto, Beetroot Relish & Kumera Mash
I couldn't have timed a visit home any better! I was lucky enough to catch some leftovers from a lunch mum was hosting. OK, so I knew she was having people over and I may have planned my "well timed" and "lucky" visit but I am lucky mum was willing to share!
