How to Finish a Tray of Figs in Three Days: Part 1

Over the recent Easter break I treated myself to a whole tray of figs.  They were on special which, while great for the pocket, doesn't leave you with much time devour them before the mould does!  Fortunately figs are versatile so if you love them like I do, it's pretty easy to get through the lot. See my breakfast figs below served with ricotta and honey.
